  • Can ship a model, not just evaluate one

Design dense operational interfaces that stay legible at 7am on a warehouse floor — and storefronts that convert on a phone.

  • Systems thinking: components, tokens, states
  • Comfortable designing tables and dashboards, not just landing pages
  • Can prototype in code or work closely with those who do

Own enterprise and public-sector relationships end to end, from first conversation through procurement, pilot and rollout.

  • Track record selling technical platforms to operators
  • Comfortable with procurement and compliance processes
  • Sells the architecture honestly, including its limits

Ship real interface work to production with review and mentorship. Expect your code in front of customers within the first month.

Work alongside the research team on forecasting and anomaly detection against live operational datasets.
